Bavaro, is a senior at Saint Mary’s High School and is committed to UCLA. The Escalon native is primarily a left-handed pitcher, but has also spent time in the field as a first baseman. Last season with the Rams, Bavaro helped lead SMHS to a CIF NorCal Regional Semifinal appearance, finishing Top 125 in California high schools with 8 wins and Top 150 in strikeouts. He was also a back-to-back Tri-City Athletic League Pitcher of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and made the 2026 18U Perfect Game West MLK Championship All-Tournament team back in January.
