Komine, a sophomore outfielder from Mill Creek, Washington, brings elite defense and a right-handed bat to the Sweets. Komine did not give up an error last season with Seattle University in 30 appearances. With nine starts he posted a .216 BA with three RBIs. Komine is no stranger to the WCL, having spent four summers in the league, most recently with Bend, where he posted a .364 batting average.
