1.     Absolutely NO RETURNS

2.    Merchandise can be exchanged for a different item within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. The online item that was purchased must be received by the Sweets Shoppe before the end of the 30 day period.

3.    Original receipt must be included with the returned item, and the barcode/tag must still be attached in order for an exchange to be processed.

4.    Exchanges for products purchased online will be completed once the item being exchanged is received by the Sweets Shoppe. Online buyers are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with exchanges.

5.    The customer is responsible for any additional charges if the new item costs more than the item being exchanged.
